Medical Billing Pricing

Accurate Medical Billing & Consulting, LLC does not maintain a set fee schedule for our services. We understand that every practice has its own unique needs. Typically, our billing services fees for full-service medical billing—which includes all the services listed on our services page—range between 7% and 10% of the total amount collected by the practice. This total encompasses both insurance payments and patient payments, while amounts paid by cash patients at the time of service that do not require recording are exempt. 

Several factors influence the determination of appropriate billing services fees, including practice specialty, required services, the composition of the insurance payor mix (such as Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, PPO, and Workers' Compensation), the ratio of new to established patients, and the level of organization within the practice.
