Pricing

Accurate Medical Billing & Consulting, LLC. does not maintain a set fee schedule.  We believe that every practice has it's own individual needs.  Generally, pricing for full service billing (including all billing services listed on services page) is between 7% and 10% of the total amount collected by the practice.  This total amount includes insurance payments and patient payments.  Amounts paid to the practice at the time of service by cash patients that do not need to be recorded or are exempt.

Some of the factors used to determine the appropriate price include practice specialty, services required, composition of insurance payor mix (i.e. Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, PPO, Workers' Compensation, etc.), ratio of new to established patients and level of practice office organization.
